You're ambitious. You're caring. You dig people and service and activity and culture. You work hard, play hard, serve your community, love your family and friends, and live a big life.

And sometimes you need to stop.

Just for a day or a week or somewhere in between, it helps to "reboot." You know how sometimes your computer has too many programs open and it just sort of locks up? Well, I hope you're not on the verge of crashing yourself, but consider a retreat with me as preventive maintenance. We'll shut down all your usual mental and emotional programs for a while, let your inner hardware settle, insert some beautiful new operating system code, and when you get back to day-to-day and re-open all your programs, you'll find you're different.

You'll be lighter, more clear, more fun. Or maybe you'll be more grounded, more focused, and stronger. Whatever you've been "missing," I'll help you put your finger on it while we're together, and claim it for your journey forward.

My retreats take place in gorgeous natural settings, with plush accommodations, inspiring group activities, plenty of time for solo reflection, guided spiritual practices, and pampering care for body, mind, and spirit.

The next retreat is in the works for October, 2005 in the Pacific Northwest. Please e-mail retreats@successandspirit.com if you'd like to be informed as details are released.
